Before you Book:

1. You do not need your passport numbers to make a booking, although if you have these to hand you will have the option of entering them when booking.
2. You may pay by Visa Credit Card.  
We can accept no other credit card at this time.  There is a 5% surcharge for paying by Visa credit card.
3:  You may pay by wire transfer.  You are responsible for paying the cost of wire transfers.  
If you select this option you will immediately receive an Email with our full Bank Details and instructions on  "How to pay by Wire Transfer"
4: You will be offered the "Add a Second Day at Machu Picchu" Option on the next screen after pressing "Book Now" button.
5: You will be offered the chance to add Flights within Peru on the next screen after the "Book Now" button
6: You will have the chance to enter your International Flight Details on the final page of the booking form.  This is not compulsory however if you have these to hand, then great.

To make a booking:

1. Select your start date from the calendar on the right.
This will be the date your international flight arrives in Lima.  
2. Select the number in your party.
Adults - 2 Adults sharing a room twin / double
Child - 1 Child under 11 yrs at time of travel sharing with their parents
Triple - 3 Adults sharing a room
Group - For Groups larger than 8 please request a special discounted price
Special Needs - We can accommodate travelers with special needs either physical or religious etc.  Please discuss with us your exact requirements
3. Click on the 'Book Now' button below the calendar.
4. Complete the booking form with all your personal details and click 'Book Now'.
5. Proceed to make your $500pp deposit payment on-line.
6. You will immediately receive your Booking Confirmation Number by Email.
7. We will be in touch within 24 Hours to confirm the details and collect your passport information etc.
